Soyuz TM-24, but the crew was grounded because
of heart problems of
Commander
G. Manakov; by order of the president of
RKKE,
on 6 February 2003, Pavel Vinogradov was assigned to the post of the chief of
the 291st Department (commander of the cosmonaut detachment of
RKKE)
while maintaining of the post of instructor test cosmonaut; he had undergo an
intensive medical examination at the Hospital named for Burdenko; since
30.10.2007 deputy to the head of the
RKKE
flight test center (Kaleri).
